Allstate Canada is seeking a Hybrid Special Events Senior Consultant to plan and manage in-house and external meetings and events. You will lead budgeting, reporting, and post-event analysis while coordinating with senior management to align with corporate objectives.

The role requires 3+ years of corporate events experience, a 4-year degree (preferred), and the ability to collaborate across teams. Toronto office attendance based on business need, with flexible work arrangements.

Qualificações

• 4-year bachelor's degree (Preferred)
• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• Corporate Events Experience (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Research, recommend, and develop new technologies to enhance the conference planning/meeting support process; include reservation applications and communication technology
• Assist with project management activities on capital conference space renovations
• Responsible for the documentation of processes and procedures for special events and high-profile meetings
• Assist in the creation of all SLA’s and KPI’s and ensure they are met
• Assists with budget preparation, management, and reconciliation; review billing for accuracy
• Works with internal and external clients to plan and coordinate events/meeting logistics
• Review internal processes and recommend strategies to reduce cost and improve efficiencies.
