Own the global event strategy, ensuring consistent positioning, branding, and audience targeting across all markets
  • Build and maintain a centralized global calendar of key events, including Caseware-hosted experiences and third‑party opportunities
  • Partner with regional teams to provide guidance, best practices, and operational alignment on international event execution
  • Present strategic recommendations on global sponsorships, speaker engagements, and flagship events
  • North America Focus & Execution
Directly lead the execution of all North American events, including owned and sponsored activations, customer-facing events, field marketing experiences, and trade shows
  • Manage full-cycle logistics for NA events: from planning and vendor management to on-site execution and post-event analysis
  • Serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, Customer Success, etc.) in the planning of regional events
  • Digital & Hybrid Events
Support the planning and execution of global digital and hybrid events including thought leadership webinars, virtual conferences, and live-streamed product launches
  • Present recommendations for digital event platforms and tools (e.g., registration systems, streaming tools, engagement tech, lead scanning apps)
  • Ensure exceptional audience experience and brand consistency across all virtual touchpoints
  • Operations, Promotion & Performance
Support the development of integrated promotional strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team, including email, social media, digital advertising, and PR
  • Work with Marketing Ops to determine KPIs and performance metrics across all event types and develop a dashboard for global events reporting and insights
  • Manage vendor relationships, event budgets, production timelines, and inventory across digital and physical event formats
  • Oversee booth inventory and event materials, ensuring on-brand, compliant, and regionally appropriate assets are available and shipped on time
  • Lead the swag and promotional item program, including vendor sourcing, ordering, inventory management, and regional distribution
  • Establish and maintain an Internal Events Best Practices Guide to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across all regions and event types
