Responsibilities

• Perform estimating tasks such as material take-offs and coordination with union/non-union contractors, review and consolidation of third-party quotes, and submission of bid forms.
• Prepare detailed proposals and respond to bid clarification questions.
• Identify opportunities to reduce equipment and supply costs.
