Job summary

Clark Builders is seeking a Senior Estimator to provide estimating services across institutional, commercial, and industrial projects. You will work within the Estimating team to coordinate full estimating tasks, including takeoffs, pricing, and supplier quotes, across various delivery models.

The role requires leadership, collaboration with engineers and owners, and the ability to prepare proposals for final approval before client presentation. Office-based position with steady workflow.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary engineering credential or equivalent.
• 10+ years of estimator experience in general construction.
• Experience coaching teams and collaborative planning.
• Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts and coordinate group work.

Responsibilities

• Solicit, review and level subcontractor and material quotes.
• Maintain Sub-Contractor/Supplier relations.
• Prepare estimates with quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Attend client meetings and project interviews when needed.
• Mentor junior staff and support Estimating team.
