Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced ERP Lead to drive end-to-end ERP implementations from discovery through go-live and into support, ensuring client success.

You will analyse processes to boost efficiency, collaborate with clients, manage data migration and system integration, and deliver end-user training. This remote Canada-based role requires strong project leadership and independent work in addition to industry knowledge in fuel, gas, or logistics.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Admin, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience delivering ERP implementations and consulting services.
Strong understanding of business process improvement and optimisation.
Solid knowledge of finance processes including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Experience working remotely and independently.
Experience in fuel, gas, logistics industries is highly desirable.
Knowledge of SQL, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI is highly desirable.

Requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
Experience managing projects and delivering outcomes within scope and timelines
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Legal rights to work and live in Canada
Experience within the fuel, gas, logistics, or related industries (highly desirable)
Knowledge of SQL, scripting languages, SAGE300, Crystal Reports, and Power BI (highly desirable)
