One-year contract at an hourly pay rate of $45-55/hr.
The onsite/in-office requirement of 5 days per week still applies, but there is some flexibility.

Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, the Senior ERP Business Analyst will support the ERP team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the information systems technology assets of GIP Inc.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Align ERP functionalities with business needs across key departments.
- Identify gaps between existing processes and ERP capabilities and recommend solutions.
- Document functional specifications and collaborate with developers to translate them into technical solutions.
- Validate and test ERP system configurations to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Develop and execute change management plans for smooth ERP adoption.
- Analyze the feasibility of new systems and enhancements.
- Prepare and execute test scenarios and scripts.
- Provide user training and support.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in requirements gathering, testing, and supporting business analysis activities.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Expertise in JD Edwards (JDE) Enterprise 9.2, with proficiency in at least two modules: Financials, Project Management (Job Cost), Order to Cash, HR, and Payroll.
- Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting JDE modules.
- Knowledge of JDE Orchestrator and development tools.
- Proficiency in SQL and business analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a creative approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with good prioritization skills.
- Results-driven, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to connect with people to gain different perspectives.
- Experience in training sessions is a plus.
