Environmental Due Diligence and Remediation

Locations : Waterloo ON, Hamilton ON, St. Catharines ON, Tilbury ON, Barrie ON, London ON

Are you ready to apply your technical and leadership skills to contribute to Pinchin’s success?

We’re looking for a bright and motivated individual to manage client portfolios and lead project teams. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Project Manager will oversee projects for various clients and aim to become their principal contact.

What You Will Be Doing at Pinchin

  • Manage regulatory and due diligence projects, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
  • Communicate with clients and understand their project needs.
  • Prepare proposals and conduct senior technical reviews of submissions.
  • Participate in initiatives to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate staff to develop leadership skills.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Environmental or Earth Sciences preferred), Engineering, or Applied Science.
  • P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation is an asset but not required.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in environmental consulting, with at least 3 in project management.
  • Experience with Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, soil vapour, indoor air quality, and Records of Site Condition.
  • Knowledge of O. Reg. 406 / 19 (Excess Soil Management) and related regulations.
  • Experience with underground storage tank removal and remedial excavations.
  • Financial management skills, including invoicing and budgeting.
  • Business development and client interaction experience.
  • Strong communication, writing, and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance; travel expenses reimbursed.
