SLR Consulting (Americas) is seeking a Senior Environmental Project Manager and Qualified Person to join the Land Quality and Remediation team in the Greater Toronto Area. You’ll lead projects for assessment, monitoring, management and remediation of contaminated sites with mentorship from senior staff.
You’ll prepare proposals, manage budgets, support client relations, and provide technical leadership across urban and infrastructure projects.

As our new Senior Environmental Project Manager and Qualified Person, you will play an important role on our Land Quality and Remediation team in the Greater Toronto Area.
In this position, you’ll take on project management and/or technical delivery responsibilities for a variety of programs related to the assessment, monitoring, management, and remediation of contaminated sites and excess soil management. With support and mentorship from SLR’s strong roster of senior staff, you’ll be responsible for the delivery of high-quality work to our varied clients including projects at a range of urban and remote sites including midstream, and downstream oil and gas facilities, commercial and industrial properties, federal and municipal owned sites, and provincial infrastructure sites (e.g., rail, road, power and other). Your knowledge and experience will be invaluable to our team and will see you working closely with your clients, maintaining satisfaction, building long-term relationships, and helping grow our portfolio of work.
You’ll be involved in the full life cycle of projects including preparing proposals and work plans, coordinating and executing projects, providing technical leadership, managing budgets, client support and communication, data analysis and reviews, and reporting. Your role will be predominantly office based with opportunities to complete fieldwork according to your personal interest, to mentor junior and intermediate staff, and support the requirements of certain projects.
