Oakridge seeks a Senior Environmental Professional to lead remediation and reclamation projects in the oil and gas sector. The role requires reporting, high-quality fieldwork, and general environmental consulting duties, with relocation within the Peace Region as needed.

Candidates should have a relevant environmental degree or diploma and 5+ years in oil and gas, plus professional designation registration. Remote work may be considered for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Registration or ability to register with the Professional Designation in their field.
• Ability to work independently on multi-disciplinary projects.

SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PROFESSIONAL

OAKRIDGE has an immediate opening for a Senior Environmental Professional.

This role will be responsible for working on remediation and reclamation projects in the oil and gas industry, producing professional reports, quality fieldwork, and general environmental consulting duties. This is a dynamic position requiring the applicant to be located (or ability to relocate) within the Peace Region.

Required

• Degree or Diploma in an Environmental related field (i.e., Environmental Engineering, Geology, Biology, Environmental Science, Agrology, Forestry etc.) with 5-10 years progressive work experience.
• 5+ years experience in the Oil and Gas Sector, preferably in BC and/or Alberta.
• Registration or ability to register with the Professional Designation in their field.
• Ability to work independently on multi-disciplinary projects
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.
• A high level of personal responsibility and ethics
• Ability to direct and supervise others respectfully and efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid Canadian Driver’s License
