Your Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced environmental scientist to join our environmental site assessment, remediation and risk assessment practice in our Ottawa office with expertise in one or both of the following:
As a technical expert you will drive innovative solutions for clients, leveraging your expertise to help them find solutions to a variety of environmental challenges.
You will collaborate with our established and growing team of practitioners in Ontario, supported by a robust network of technical leaders across the country and globally. As a Canadian leader in environmental site assessment, human health and ecological risk assessment, our group is dedicated to managing environmental issues professionally and proactively. Our staff of professionals includes specialists in hydrogeology, site assessment, contaminant fate and transport, risk assessment, risk management, site remediation, and risk communication.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a senior environmental practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in driving technical excellence and supporting growth of our team specifically focused on environmental site assessment, remediation and/or risk assessment. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Your Capabilities and Credentials
Education and Experience
Educational Background: Degree and/or post-graduate college diploma in Civil/Environmental/Geological/Chemical Engineering, Hydrogeology, Toxicology or Environmental Sciences (Master’s degree an additional asset).
Professional Designation: P.Eng., P.Geo. designation in Ontario, and/or eligibility for QPESA and/or QPRA status in Ontario
Experience Level: 10+ years in environmental consulting or a related field, with client, project and/or staff leadership experience
Ability to obtain Secret Security clearance with the federal government is an asset
