Pine Engineering is a lean and efficient Engineering company focusing on Phase I & II ESA as well as supplementary environmental investigations. We are based in Halifax, NS with work all across Nova Scotia.

Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Senior Environmental Engineer at Pine Engineering Ltd. The Senior Environmental Engineer will be responsible for tasks related to Phase I & II ESA's, environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental compliance, wastewater treatment and waste management. The expected role will require 5-10 hours per month; however, this will increase over time.

Qualifications

1. Experience with Phase I & II ESA's
2. Wastewater Treatment and Waste Management skills. Experience with PFAS are encouraged.
3. Experience in conducting environmental assessments and implementing compliance measures
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
