The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, support SaaS tools for a large workforce, and ensure seamless integration while demonstrating extensive technical knowledge and customer service skills.
Candidates for this position are required to be based in Toronto, Canada and will be expected to comply with their team's hybrid work schedule requirements.
Who We Are
This role reports directly to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Tools and collaborates closely with the Security, Corporate Communications, HR, and Marketing teams to enhance the employee experience with a variety of IT services including Google Workspace, Proofpoint, Slack, Docusign, Confluence, and more. This team is responsible for managing and supporting enterprise applications used across Wayfair and is focused on delivering efficient and well run services that meet the needs of our Wayfair employees. This hands-on technical role is vital in designing and implementing automated processes, as well as establishing scalable policies and standards..
