Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking an seasoned Integration Manager to lead end-to-end enterprise integration engagements. You will own pre-sales, architecture, delivery, and client enablement across platforms like Salesforce, Boomi, MuleSoft, and Snowflake.

You will mentor a team of integration consultants, define standards, and drive scalable, testable integrations while communicating with C-suite stakeholders. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional consulting or relevant industry experience.
• Experience leading technical teams across multiple client engagements.
• Deep API knowledge: REST, SOAP, OAuth 2.0, JSON/XML.
• Hands-on with Postman and test automation.
• Experience with middleware platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi, Celigo, SnapLogic).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration workstreams across enterprise platforms.
• Architect REST/SOAP API integrations and authentication flows.
• Drive pre-sales activities including scoping and solution design.
• Mentor integration consultants and analysts.
• Own client relationships and manage escalations.
