Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise - Government

We have an opportunity for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join our New England sales team, reporting to the Director of Sales, Enterprise – New England. In this role, you will focus on growing revenues within the existing install base and acquiring new accounts in the Canadian Government space. This includes owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle, maintaining and expanding the customer base, and collaborating closely with the BDR, Field Marketing, Solutions Architecture, and Sales Teams.

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

  • Hunt for new logos and drive sales revenue growth
  • Attain sales revenue and profitability objectives by developing new business
  • Drive key account sales
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of the business plan and sales strategy
  • Prepare and present accurate forecasts, tracking, and sales plans
  • Build the value-added channel and distributor network
  • Cultivate close working relationships with engineering and marketing teams to address product issues, quality, delivery, and design
  • Maintain activity levels to achieve sales targets (quota) and build pipelines for the upcoming quarters

Be Prepared — What You Bring

  • 3+ years of successful technology sales experience with a proven track record of attaining quotas and solution selling / target account selling methodology
  • Ability to understand complex technical problems in Networking and Security at a business level
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a history of negotiating and closing deals
  • Experience selling at the executive level
  • Excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present technical concepts clearly through demonstrations and proposals
  • Self-motivated, problem-solving skills, ability to work with limited supervision
  • Comfortable working in a start-up environment with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
