Qualifications

• Professional Engineer certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineering and support departments; provides technical and project leadership.
• Coordinates design inputs, descriptions, and specifications.
• Ensures safety, quality, and cultural guidelines are followed.
• Leads design reviews and verification activities; mentors team members.
• Allocates personnel to projects and tracks performance against schedules.
• Interacts with customers to present CTS designs and address feedback.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
