HH Angus is seeking a motivated Senior Engineering Designer to join our Healthcare team in Toronto. You will apply mechanical engineering expertise and project management skills across complex healthcare facilities from concept through construction.
Collaborate with a Senior Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to deliver reliable and innovative engineering solutions for hospitals, long-term care, mental health facilities, and P3 projects.

We’re looking for a motivated and technically strong Senior Engineering Designer to join our Healthcare team and contribute to the delivery of complex, high-impact healthcare facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative group within a firm recognized for excellence in engineering consulting and long-standing leadership in the healthcare sector.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a Senior Manager and experienced team members who bring deep industry knowledge and mentorship. You’ll apply your mechanical engineering expertise and project management skills across a diverse portfolio of healthcare projects, including acute care hospitals, long‑term care facilities, mental health and rehabilitation centres, and public‑private partnership (P3) projects. From concept through construction, you’ll help develop practical, reliable, and innovative engineering solutions that meet client needs and support patient well‑being.
The expected salary for this role is between $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Base salaries are determined considering several factors such as skills and competencies, experience, education, and internal and external competitiveness.
