Your role within the team:

1. Lead water and wastewater process design team in preliminary and detailed engineering design packages including drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
2. Work on pumping stations, tanks, or reservoirs for process design.
3. Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams in preparing engineering design packages.
4. Manage projects to ensure quality of deliverables on time and within budget.
5. Participate in water and wastewater proposal preparation and business development activities.
6. Lead, guide, and mentor a team of intermediate and junior staff.

The ideal candidate:

• Holds a university degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or related training.
• Is registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with EGBC or eligible for registration.
• Has at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Has proven expertise and advanced knowledge in pumping and treatment technologies, recognized as a technical leader.
• Is familiar with municipal and provincial design standards in British Columbia and other Canadian provinces.

Expected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $91,900 - $157,900 annually. Salaries are determined based on skills, experience, and potential impact, considering internal and external competitiveness.
