Job description

Contract Duration: June 1st - Dec. 1st (37.5 hours/week)

Are you passionate about high-performance computing and ready to shape the future of advanced computing infrastructure? We’re looking for a Senior Engineer with expertise in TIBCO DataSynapse and Azure High-Performance Computing (HPC) to lead the design, deployment, and optimization of cutting-edge computing solutions.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of TIBCO DataSynapse environments tailored to business needs.
2. Integrate and optimize Azure HPC solutions with cross-functional teams for maximum scalability and performance.
3. Automate deployment and operational tasks using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell).
4. Monitor system performance and conduct ongoing tuning for optimal resource utilization.
5. Provide mentorship to junior engineers and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
6. Ensure the security, compliance, and reliability of all HPC infrastructure.
7. Stay ahead of industry trends and propose innovative, scalable computing solutions.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
2. Demonstrated experience with TIBCO DataSynapse and Azure HPC.
3. Strong understanding of distributed systems and HPC architecture.
4. Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
6. Certifications in Azure and/or TIBCO technologies.
7. Experience with other cloud platforms and HPC ecosystems.
8. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization platforms.
