Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable infrastructure solutions that align with security and compliance objectives
- Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, driving initiatives to strengthen security posture and advance engineering maturity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver security solutions that effectively manage risk
- Champion automation, observability, and engineering best practices to enhance security infrastructure
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, leading root cause analyses for long-term improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or Information Technology (IT)
- Proven track record of designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions in complex enterprise environments
- Expertise in Networking and Network Security Cybersecurity domains
- Strong command of spoken and written English for effective communication with a global workforce
- Working knowledge of the CIS framework and risk management practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., ISC2, GIAC) are a plus
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and mentoring junior engineers
- Hands-on experience with network analysis and security tools
