A leading legal services firm in Canada is seeking a Senior Employment Solicitor. You will advise clients on employment law matters, including restructuring and discrimination. The role requires a qualified professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with 3-4 years PQE. The position offers a full-time role within a supportive team, emphasizing legal compliance and client relationships.
WorkNest is recruiting for a Senior Employment Solicitor to join our highly respected, high performing Legal team. You'll support WorkNest’s largest clients, helping them meet commercial objectives while ensuring legal compliance and enabling clients to understand the consequences of non- or partial-compliance where applicable.
As a WorkNest Employment Solicitor you’ll provide high-quality, legally compliant advice to your own portfolio of clients across the UK. You’ll advise on a range of issues including restructuring, TUPE, discrimination, and settlement negotiations, and you’ll build long-lasting relationships with your clients.
There are opportunities to get involved with our marketing team, delivering webinars and seminars, and contributing to blogs and articles. You may also coach and support our paralegals and NQs through the WorkNest Academy.
You will be a qualified legal professional (Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive) with a minimum of 3 to 4 years PQE in employment law. You will be a high-performing professional, with the ability to develop and nurture client relationships, whilst providing commercial and pragmatic advice in a timely manner.
