This position is a hybrid opportunity open to candidates located in (or willing to travel regularly to) Regina, SK.
You'll be part of a team of 10 on the Employee & Labour Relations team, reporting to a manager with a coaching-focused leadership style. You will support stakeholders within the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS), primarily focusing on the Co-op Refinery Complex, and collaborate with professionals across CRS, including health & safety, legal, and local Co-ops.
