Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional embedded Linux firmware experience.
• Experience with Linux bootloaders, kernel config, device trees, and root filesystems.
• Experience with Ethernet/TCP-IP, CAN, SPI, UART, and Modbus.
• Familiar with BMS/EMS/SCADA integration.
• Strong debugging and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain embedded Linux platforms for inverter and battery controllers in BESS.
• Develop BSPs including bootloaders, kernel config, device trees, rootfs.
• Implement communication between subsystems like BMS and protection systems.
• Interface Linux with EMS, SCADA, power plant controllers, HMI, and commissioning tools.
• Develop and maintain status reporting, telemetry, time sync, and config management services.
• Ensure robustness, security, and maintainability across lifecycle stages.
• Debug complex system-level networking and inter-processor issues.
• Lead firmware architecture and code reviews.
• Maintain system-level documentation of architecture, data flows, interfaces, deployment procedures.
