Your Mission :

As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own and expand our email marketing channel as a key component of our customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on lead acquisition, nurturing, cross-selling, and retention—particularly in the North American market.

You will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Lead (based in APAC) and collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design teams. Your work will influence business growth through launching data-driven email programs that guide prospects and customers through the funnel.

This remote role prefers candidates in North America. You should be prepared for early or late calls 1-2 times weekly to coordinate with teams in Asia and Europe. The environment is fast-paced and metrics-driven, with opportunities to broaden responsibilities as the email channel scales.

What You'll Do :

  • Develop and execute email strategies supporting lifecycle stages like lead acquisition, nurturing, cross-selling, onboarding, and retention.
  • Manage automated workflows (e.g., welcome series, re-engagement campaigns) using tools like HubSpot, optimizing segmentation and targeting.
  • Analyze performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, revenue) and conduct A/B tests to improve effectiveness and ROI.
  • Collaborate with marketing ops, product marketing, and design teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Maintain compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and best practices in data management.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends (AI personalization, interactive content) and implement new tactics to grow the channel.

Who We're Looking For :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B email marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or e-commerce.
  • Proficiency with platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Instantly.ai.
  • Strong English writing skills with a record of high-converting emails.
  • Knowledge of global email regulations and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data for strategy improvement.
  • Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced, global environment.
