Your Mission :
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will own and expand our email marketing channel as a key component of our customer lifecycle strategy, focusing on lead acquisition, nurturing, cross-selling, and retention—particularly in the North American market.
You will report to the Lifecycle Marketing Lead (based in APAC) and collaborate with Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, and Design teams. Your work will influence business growth through launching data-driven email programs that guide prospects and customers through the funnel.
This remote role prefers candidates in North America. You should be prepared for early or late calls 1-2 times weekly to coordinate with teams in Asia and Europe. The environment is fast-paced and metrics-driven, with opportunities to broaden responsibilities as the email channel scales.
