WSP Global Inc. is seeking a senior electrical engineer to lead the design of electrical systems for complex building projects. You will mentor junior engineers and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, compliant designs that meet client requirements.

You will drive sustainability and continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to industry standards and local regulations. The role offers a pathway to impact and growth within a global professional services firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and a valid PEO licence.
• 8+ years of experience in the engineering consulting industry.
• Proven expertise in electrical engineering principles, codes, and standards applicable to building projects.
• Demonstrated success leading electrical system design across multiple facility types.
• Proficiency with relevant electrical design software and engineering tools.
• Experience providing technical guidance and mentoring junior engineers and team members.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $114,600 – $151,800

MB & ON: $104,500 – $143,900

NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $103,500 – $137,400
