Senior EHS Technology and Data Analyst

Where you’ll work: This position can be located at our NA business headquarters at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL or Regina Canada office. Hybrid with three dedicated office days of Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday with the opportunity to work from home Wednesday and Friday. You will also be eligible to work a 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off.

As the senior EHS technology and data analyst environmental health and safety (EHS), you will partner with EHS and regulatory affairs stakeholders to develop, implement, and manage the EHS compliance and reporting toolsets for Enterprise Operations supporting ongoing compliance initiatives. Every day you will utilize innovative technology solutions to support and make our EHS teams and processes more efficient. You will thrive in this role if you have the demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights to help Mosaic make data driven decisions regarding EHS.

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manipulate, maintain and implement databases, data structures, and data processes to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with others to categorize and aggregate data to develop and improve dashboards.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization of processes to ensure best practices across all facilities.
  • Apply advanced analytics by identifying trends and evidence of compliance for Environmental, Health, & Safety Enterprise Operations groups.
  • Provide approved data reports to support analytical decisions, facilitate other process improvement activities, and prepare various ad hoc analyses.
  • Perform requirement gathering, writing the project proposal, design documentation, time estimation, and architecture design.
  • Manage user acceptance testing and parallel testing for various system/tool development and enhancement initiatives.
  • Build relationship with business stakeholders, learn business processes and logics, gather business requirements.
  • Maintain and build partnership with IT in development of new metric dashboards.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, information technology, computer science, engineering, or other science related field
  • 5 years prior experience in working with environmental health and safety, supply chain, finance or related data
  • Experience with data warehouses and data modeling
  • Project management experience
  • Direct experience to SQL, Oracle, or other database architecture design and management
  • Proficient experience in querying and reporting from relational databases
  • Advanced ability in: Excel
  • Advanced ability in the MS Power Platforms including Power BI, Power Apps, etc
  • Project management skills

Bonus Points If You Have The Following

  • SQL and Quantrix experience
  • Experience with SAP EC, PI Vision, OIS, Intelex
