What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the architectural design and development of integrated D365 ERP, SCM, and CRM solutions tailored to business requirements
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions that align with Microsoft best practices
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Conduct system health checks and recommend improvements for scalability, performance, and reliability

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, including at least 5+ years specializing in Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations), SCM, and CRM (Customer Engagement)
• Proven experience leading at least 10 full-cycle D365 implementations
• Strong understanding of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., Solution Architect Expert, Functional Consultant Associate) required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Experience in industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail, government, non-profit, professional services, public sector, or healthcare
• Familiarity with data migration tools and methodologies
• Familiarity with AI and how to incorporate it into D365
• Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and security best practices
