Job Summary
As the Senior District Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial performance and productivity of multiple Operating Units. You will ensure that Operating Units meet or exceed annual objectives, and you will be responsible to successfully implement organizational initiatives. Additionally, in this role you will be responsible for the Onboarding, Developing, Coaching, Mentoring, and Performance Management of all District Managers.
This role is based out of Waterloo and is responsible for overseeing our Hauling Sites in Waterloo, Mount Forest, London, Sarnia and Hamilton.

Education and Experience
Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required: Experience in a position involving operations, customer service, community relations, health and safety, financial and human resources function; experience as a supervisor or manager; experience implementing safety (OH&S) programs and equipment specifications; experience preparing and managing budgets, and experience resolving labor relations issues required.
