Job summary

Iconic Power Systems is seeking a Senior Engineer (Distribution) in Calgary to provide technical leadership and oversight of the Distribution Engineering team. You will ensure delivery of high-quality distribution designs, estimates, and engineering packages on schedule, while mentoring staff and coordinating with project managers, utilities, customers, and consultants.

You will review designs, perform calculations, and help resolve design challenges in a fast-paced environment, driving project

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical engineering experience, with focus on distribution systems.
• Experience leading and mentoring engineers and designers.
• P.Eng. or PL.Eng registration with APEGA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and authenticate overhead and underground distribution designs and estimates.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers.
• Prepare and review project estimates, schedules, and material take-offs.
