Job summary

Uline is seeking a Senior Distribution Director for our Milton, ON facility. You will lead a 1 million sq ft operation and a team of 300+ staff to deliver same-day shipping and outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include guiding inbound, outbound and supporting departments, driving warehouse performance, safety and accuracy while scaling efficiency across a high-volume distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands-on management in 500,000+ sq ft distribution centers with 300+ staff.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and WMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Lead and empower a 300+ person team to ensure exceptional customer service and same-day shipping.
• Maintain accuracy, safety and high performance in a large, structured warehouse.

Position Responsibilities

• Guide all aspects of day‑to‑day warehouse operations encompassing inbound, outbound and supporting departments.
• Cultivate and empower a dedicated team of 300+ warehouse employees, ensuring unparalleled customer service and same‑day shipping.
• Uphold exceptional levels of accuracy, safety and performance in the daily functions of a well‑structured, high‑performing warehouse environment.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of hands‑on management experience in 500,000+ square‑foot distribution centers, including recruitment and motivation of a 300+ employee team.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience with performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
