Canada Life is seeking a Senior Disaster Recovery (DR) Analyst to manage, configure, and test recovery capabilities for on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS/Azure/GCP. You will drive DR tests, document plans in SNOW BCM, and ensure alignment with ISO/NIST standards.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT Disaster Recovery, strong hybrid infra knowledge, and hands-on DR automation experience. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 CAD with total rewards discussed in later stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in IT Disaster Recovery, infrastructure, or technical operations.
• Proficiency with hybrid infrastructure and DR automation tools like ServiceNow BCM.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end technical DR production, simulation tests and tabletop exercises.
• Utilize ServiceNow BCM to document recovery plans, map system dependencies, and track compliance metrics.
• Assist in configuring replication and failover for on-premises and cloud infrastructure to meet RTO/RPO targets.
• Align DR plans with Canada Life guidelines and industry practices (ISO 22301/27031, NIST).
• Conduct post-test reviews to identify recovery gaps and update technical playbooks.
