Executive Opportunity: Senior Director, Strategic Operations and Corporate Services
Location: Toronto, ON | Type: Full-Time, Permanent | Hybrid Role
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer
Are you a strategic powerhouse who thrives at the intersection of vision, execution, and social impact? Join the Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) as our new Senior Director, Strategic Operations and Corporate Services, and lead the transformation of organizational systems that power real-world change.
The Ontario HIV Treatment Network (OHTN) is a recognized leader in improving the health and lives of people living with and at risk of HIV. Since 1998, OHTN has driven progress in Ontario through innovative knowledge sharing, data and evidence use, and deep partnerships with health systems, communities, and policymakers. Our work is grounded in equity, anti-racism, and the meaningful involvement of people living with HIV (GIPA / MIPA). We are proud of our strong internal culture—collaborative, inclusive, and deeply mission-aligned—and we’re looking for a visionary leader to help us scale our impact from the inside out.
As a core member of the senior leadership team, you will be the strategic and operational driver behind OHTN’s infrastructure and organizational effectiveness. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior Director, Strategic Operations and Corporate Services leads planning and performance across the enterprise. This role offers a rare combination of influence, complexity, and impact. You’ll oversee cross-cutting corporate functions, integrate them to power mission delivery, guide transformation, and position OHTN for long-term sustainability and success.
This is more than an operations role—it’s a chance to reshape how a leading health organization delivers on equity, community, and impact. You’ll work alongside passionate peers, engage in bold systems thinking, and build infrastructure that directly supports people living with and at risk of HIV across Ontario.
Please submit your resume and cover letter (as a single PDF or Word file) to our online applicant portal. Provide as much detail as possible to assist in our selection process. We welcome applicants living with HIV and from diverse equity-deserving communities. OHTN is an equal opportunity employer. Accommodations are available at every stage of the hiring process.
