• Oversee legacy system migrations , ensuring operational stability and alignment with enterprise standards.
• Own the full delivery lifecycle , from requirements gathering and system design to implementation and successful execution.
• Provide strong technical and organizational leadership to global teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and progress toward key milestones.
• Champion engineering excellence by promoting best practices in automation, system resilience, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven leadership of high‑volume, low‑latency, 24x7 transaction processing platforms .
• Exceptional planning, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to simplify complexity and build trusted partnerships across global teams.
• A proactive, growth‑minded approach-comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
