Role Summary:

We seek an exceptional Product Management Leader to shape the future of our Go-to-Market sales systems, focusing on customer success management, professional services, territory management, forecasting, sales enablement, and conversational intelligence solutions. You will collaborate with segments, regions, global sales operations, digital, commercial engineering, customer-to-cash, and data & analytics teams to lead the global product strategy and roadmap.

You will oversee process, business requirements gathering, design, industry best practices, trends, issues, and innovative solutions for our Sales organization. You will validate from a business process perspective that the overall solution design aligns with business goals and objectives identified through visioning sessions and interactions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in large-scale Business Transformation enabled by technology and industry trend knowledge, serving as a strategic advisor to our Sales teams. Critical skills include strategic thinking about business and technical challenges, driving efficiencies, and fostering quick innovation on our Go-to-Market Systems. Strong facilitation and synthesis skills are essential to align diverse stakeholders and ensure joint ownership of results by Business and IT executives.

About the Role

As Senior Director, Product Management - Lead to Order Process, your responsibilities include:

  • Defining and executing a best-in-class Lead-to-Order strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Facilitating workshops at multiple levels for business process discovery and design
  • Understanding business goals/objectives in collaboration with Sales Ops and stakeholders
  • Strategizing with stakeholders to improve their business processes
  • Applying industry and business process best practices
  • Recommending requirements and process improvements proactively
  • Overseeing business requirements elicitation through Business Process Analysts
  • Partnering with product managers to set and prioritize business goals
  • Validating that delivered products meet strategic objectives via demos, UAT, etc.
  • Supporting business development with expertise
About You

If your background includes:

  • 10+ years in enterprise technology transformation programs
  • Salesforce, Conga (or other CPQ) product knowledge and solution design
  • Experience in systems design, business strategy, product management, Agile, governance, design, change management, and value realization
  • Knowledge of solution development, implementation, and operational readiness
  • Ability to analyze complex data and work creatively with ambiguity
  • Results-oriented, strategic, impact-driven thinker
  • High-energy, entrepreneurial self-starter
  • Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams

In the US, the base salary range is $154,000 - $286,000, with potential annual bonuses based on performance. Total compensation considers experience, skills, and location.
