The role focuses on coaching teams, standardizing SOPs, and ensuring high-quality patient experiences. You will collaborate with central teams, monitor performance, and travel extensively to support stores and regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing with a Canadian provincial College of Pharmacy.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams through complex change initiatives.
• Proven experience in pharmacy operations management, preferably within a multi-site retail environment.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of retail operations, financial management, and relationship management principles.
• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to work independently, problem-solve effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Canada (up to 75% of the time).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Pharmacy Directors, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and support.
• Champion a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the Pharmacy Operations team.
• Build strong relationships with regional teams to support stores and foster a collaborative relationship with Associates across the country.
• Ensure consistent and effective execution of all pharmacy and healthcare programs across all regions.
• Provide critical feedback to central office teams on program design, training materials, and rollout strategies for continuous improvement purposes.
• Identify and address barriers to program implementation, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Experience Team to ensure a seamless pharmacy patient experience.
• Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
