As the Senior Director, People, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping Eden Valley Poultry’s future. Reporting directly to the President, your leadership will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies that support the People Pillar, overseeing corporate safety and wellness initiatives, and ensuring the workforce thrives. Working closely with their executive team, you'll drive change, foster growth, and embody their vision, mission, and values. Your adaptability, open communication, innovative thinking, influential leadership, and results-oriented mindset will be the cornerstone of your success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
2. Designation as a Certified Human Resources Professional preferred.
3. Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in an HR management role.
4. Extensive experience in a unionized environment.
5. Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
6. Experience with budget preparation and management.
7. Proven experience in collective bargaining.
8. Experience in change management.
9. Strong conflict resolution skills.
10. Experience in employment grievance resolution.
