Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to the strategic direction and operational priorities of the organization.
  • Provide thought leadership and strategic insights across Clinics, Pharmacy, Business Intelligence, Clinical Operations, and integrated services.
  • Partner with the President and executive leadership to shape and execute operational strategies that align with organizational goals and growth objectives.

2. Integrated Operations Management

  • Lead the integration of operations across pharmacy, clinics, nursing, clinical services, and other patient-facing areas to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Align processes, workflows, and systems to support consistent, high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve coordination, performance, and scalability.
  • 3. Operational Excellence

  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements that drive efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Oversee budgets for Business Intelligence, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy Operations, and integrated services, ensuring effective and responsible use of resources.
  • Monitor industry trends and adopt innovative technologies and practices to strengthen operational capabilities.
  • 4. Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams across Business Intelligence, Clinical Operations, Pharmacy Operations, and integrated operations.
  • Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation that supports team engagement and growth.
  • Set clear goals and expectations, provide continuous feedback, and align team performance with organizational objectives.
  • Job Specifications & Qualifications :

  • Senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, with expertise in integrating clinical, pharmacy, and business functions.
  • Strong track record in strategic planning, process improvement, and budget management.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational excellence.
  • Skilled in fostering collaboration, innovation, and high-performance culture.
  • Registered pharmacist with the appropriate Provincial College of Pharmacists in Canada.
  • Executive-level business experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of stable professional history, demonstrating long-term commitment and reliability
