About This Role
As Senior Director, North America Brand Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact brand marketing campaigns and activations, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and business results. You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from brief to launch, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This role involves leading a team of brand marketers to build brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.

Compensation And Benefits
Salary range: $187,400 - $246,000 CAD annually, based on market location and experience. Includes potential bonuses and equity, subject to eligibility. Benefits are subject to change and eligibility requirements.
Workplace Arrangement
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 4 days onsite per week, emphasizing in-person collaboration.
