As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. This includes creating an equitable, inclusive, and growth-focused environment for our people.

About This Role
As Senior Director, North America Brand Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of high-impact brand marketing campaigns and activations, driving brand awareness, guest engagement, and business results. You will oversee end-to-end campaign execution, from brief to launch, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. This role involves leading a team of brand marketers to build brand strategies and marketing plans aligned with overall brand and business objectives.

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, retail, media, and events.
  • Responsible for driving the calendar strategy for full-funnel brand activity with a 2-year planning horizon, acting as a critical cross-functional partner in building a calendar rooted in business priorities, consumer insights, and KPIs.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team of marketers, overseeing brand building and communication across campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to create meaningful connections with audiences through innovative experiences and activations.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively and drive leadership across key cross-functional teams to guide strategic vision and remove roadblocks.
  • Guide the team to deliver strong briefs that inspire creative teams and drive impact, including insight development, competitor and market trend analysis, category opportunities, campaign objectives + KPIs, target audiences, and messaging hierarchy.
  • Engage senior brand leaders in the marketing vision, growth, and results of strategies and marketing plans.
  • Lead marketing analysis and share results across teams, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Manage the annual operating budget for campaign portfolios, including budget allocation and day-to-day management.

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of experience developing and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns for leading brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, with 10-15 years of experience in marketing, preferably within Retail, Apparel, Sport, or product marketing sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel campaigns, leveraging guest and product insights.
  • Energetic, creative thinker with knowledge of future marketing trends, culture, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in creative brief development and collaboration with creative teams and agencies.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling presentations and rally teams as a storyteller.
  • Adaptable and positive in managing changing priorities and business needs.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills, comfortable with ambiguity, and experienced in preparing materials for executives.

Must Haves

  • Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial spirit and innovate continuously.
  • Communicate honestly and kindly, creating a space for others to do the same.
  • Lead with courage, embracing the possibility of greatness over fear of failure.
  • Foster connection by prioritizing people and building trust.
  • Integrate fun and joy into work and interactions.
