Indeed is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Director for the Toronto Mid-Market Business. In this key role, you will oversee our Mid-Market Teams and Sales Directors, spearheading the advancement of our strategy to expand our client base and drive incremental revenue growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with key market collaborators, to enhance Indeed's overall market share.
Our Mid-Market Sales Teams play a critical role in driving the success of business growth in the Benelux region. This role is pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and collaborating with all other sales units within the region to maximize impact.
You will cultivate impactful collaborations with collaborators from Client Success, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Marketing, and other departments to shape and implement a sales strategy tailored for our mid-market clients.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Canada, you will collaborate closely with this executive and other senior leaders to align on sales goals, strategies, and tactics that drive business outcomes.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), a Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.
