Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Quebec seeks a Senior Director of Infrastructure, Telecom & Operations to lead strategy, reliability, security, and modernization of enterprise infrastructure and end-user services across all sites. You will drive cloud adoption, vendor governance, and operational excellence while partnering with IT, cybersecurity, and manufacturing teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or related field required.
15+ years of progressive IT experience including enterprise infrastructure leadership.
Proven success leading senior technical teams, external partners and MSPs.
Experience with OT networks and IT/OT environments in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the infrastructure, networks, telecommunications, and cloud strategy and roadmap.
Ensure availability, performance, security, and resilience of critical technology services.
Lead infrastructure operations, major incident management, disaster recovery and business continuity.
Drive modernization through cloud adoption, automation, and platform standardization.
Collaborate with business, IT, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and manufacturing teams.
Oversee IT services and OT networks supporting plants and operations; manage budgets and vendor contracts.
