Senior Director, Global Infrastructure and Project Finance Group is seeking a Senior Director based in New York, Chicago, or Toronto.

The group covers approximately 700 credits across transportation, energy, social infrastructure, sports facilities, and securitization, with analysts in multiple global offices.

This role reports to the Regional Group Head of GIG North America.

What We Offer
Fitch Ratings seeks a senior credit analyst with 10+ years of project finance experience in infrastructure, focusing on transportation, digital, social, and alternative assets in the US and Canada.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, executing, and rating infrastructure and project finance transactions.
• Evaluating credit structures and developing criteria.
• Assessing trends and producing industry reports.
• Gathering data and legal documents for ratings and reports.
• Representing Fitch at industry events and media.
• Collaborating with analytical groups and mentoring junior staff.

Minimum qualifications:

• 10+ years in project finance/infrastructure credit, with experience in credit development or underwriting.
• Strong communication, modeling, and analytical skills.
• Leadership experience and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

• Rating agency experience, CFA, or advanced degrees in Finance or related fields.
• Knowledge of legal documents and capital markets.
