Qualifications

• CPA designation required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize quarterly and annual financial statements, MD&A and press releases.
• Lead and manage corporate finance and accounting projects.
• Coordinate with external auditors and oversee board reporting processes.
• Oversee property-level accounting across assets and manage internal controls.
• Lead complex fair value analyses and technical accounting research.
• Assist with business combinations and purchase price allocations.
