Job summary

Indero is seeking a Project Director Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR) for North America. You will oversee a portfolio of complex dermatology and rheumatology trials, lead Project Managers, and drive Study startup through closure, with a focus on quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in clinical project management, at least 5 years at a CRO, and strong vendor, budget, and business development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant discipline; a Master’s degree is an asset.
• 15+ years industry experience and a minimum of 5 years at a CRO; 10+ years clinical project management.
• Dermatology or rheumatology trial experience is required; management of multi-country studies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects and Project Managers.
• Ensure studies reflect therapeutic or client-specific requirements.
• Represent company to customers and maintain satisfaction.
• Ensure studies comply with SOPs, GCPs, ICH and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee contract management and financial tracking of studies.
• Maintain and evaluate project progress with timelines and analyses.
• Maintain therapeutic knowledge for the portfolio and share learnings.
• Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation for delivery.
• Contribute to proposal development and pricing input.
• Drive improvements, efficiencies and innovative strategies.
