This role may be filled at the Director or Sr Director level, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

As the Sr Director/Director of Digital Product, you will define and accelerate INDOCHINO’s omnichannel growth strategy, ensuring a seamless, high-impact customer journey across all digital touchpoints. We are seeking a strategic, systems-oriented leader with deep product sensibilities—someone who thrives on solving complex problems, architecting frictionless user journeys, and scaling impactful solutions.

You will own the digital product roadmap and ecommerce experience—ensuring it is intuitive, high-converting, and evolves alongside customer needs. This role requires a clear understanding of omnichannel dynamics, where the website is both a transactional platform and a key driver of retail showroom engagement.

Your leadership will shape how we use technology, personalization, and customer insights to increase lifetime value, deepen loyalty, and future-proof our digital ecosystem. You’ll bring a rigorous, data-informed approach to prioritization—translating strategy into outcomes that deliver sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Product & Experience Leadership

  1. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for INDOCHINO’s ecommerce platform and appointment booking flows
  2. Prioritize and lead product development efforts across UX, site functionality, and content, ensuring continuous improvements in engagement and conversion
  3. Direct experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven enhancements to remove friction and unlock revenue growth
  4. Partner with engineering, UX, marketing, and analytics to shape and sequence high-impact initiatives

Omnichannel Customer Journey

  1. Champion seamless integration between online and in-store experiences, ensuring the website drives both ecommerce sales and showroom bookings
  2. Partner with creative, marketing, retail, operations, and CX to deliver a consistent, connected journey across channels

Data & Performance Insight

  1. Define success metrics and lead a disciplined performance tracking cadence across KPIs
  2. Use tools like GA4, HotJar, and Rockerbox to uncover insights and guide prioritization
  3. Align closely with finance and business stakeholders to ensure roadmap decisions support revenue, margin, and customer goals

Organizational Leadership

  1. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing ecommerce and digital product team
  2. Champion a culture of focus, innovation, and data-informed experimentation
  3. Serve as a strategic thought partner to the executive team, shaping the long-term vision for digital growth and omnichannel transformation

What You Bring

  1. 10+ years of senior leadership experience in digital product and ecommerce within a retail omnichannel business
  2. A proven track record of driving digital growth through high-impact product strategies
  3. Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, product development lifecycles, and CRO
  4. Strong financial acumen and ability to translate product work into business outcomes
  5. Experience mentoring teams and shaping high-performing, purpose-driven cultures
