Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director in the Controllership group to own the finance system architecture, data flows, and automation roadmap. You will bridge accounting needs with technical execution and lead global alignment across GPOs and technology teams.

You will drive holistic stakeholder engagement, champion AI-enabled finance transformations, and act as a strategic partner between Accounting and the Digital Enterprise Transformation team.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation.
• Expertise in ERP systems and accounting data architecture.
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders across functions.
• Experience driving AI/automation initiatives in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Record to Report (R2R) initiatives with complex data streams.
• Own the accounting ERP system strategy, data integrity, and scale.
• Partner with IT to resolve ERP production issues with minimal disruption.
• Champion AI-driven improvements to modernize workflows.
• Engage with Tax, Treasury, Legal, and M&A to align initiatives.
