Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates growth initiatives for the Bank through business development and management of key client relationships.
  • Maintains revenue generation from sales and syndications, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit, regulatory, and policies.
  • Leads and executes business development plans to achieve or exceed goals.
  • Provides strategic input and acts as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.
  • Makes recommendations on strategy and new initiatives based on in-depth business understanding.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies.
  • Advises on sales strategies, conducts independent analysis, and develops business cases.
  • Coordinates data management, leads change management programs, and manages risk.
  • Handles operational programs, client interactions, and sales support activities.
  • Maintains accurate client information and ensures proper billing.
  • Serves as a resource at the group/enterprise level, applying expertise to address complex situations.

Qualifications:

  • Typically 7+ years of relevant experience with a related post-secondary degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in business development, industry knowledge, negotiation, and sales strategy.
  • Deep knowledge in risk management, relationship management, and change leadership.
  • Strong communication, analytical, influence, and collaboration skills.
