EPCOR’s Water Services group is seeking a Senior Digital Solutions Analyst to join our Linear Asset Operations Team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in downtown Edmonton at EPCOR Tower.

As a key contributor to our digital transformation, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our integrated operations centre. From gathering business requirements to designing data-driven solutions, you’ll help deliver impactful tools that improve how we serve our communities.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead business analysis for analytics, reporting, geospatial, and technology solutions.
  • Evaluate and improve processes to support digital tools and data maturity.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field. (Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Agile credentials are assets.
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis or data/analytics product delivery.
  • Experience in engineering, operations, or construction environments is highly valued.
  • Strong knowledge of business analysis, product design, and process improvement.
  • Familiarity with Agile, SDLC, and tools like Power BI, Azure, ArcGIS, and DevOps.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
