EPCOR’s Water Services group is seeking aSenior Digital Solutions Analystto join ourLinear Asset Operations Team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in downtown Edmonton at EPCOR Tower.

As a key contributor to our digital transformation, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of our integrated operations centre. From gathering business requirements to designing data-driven solutions, you’ll help deliver impactful tools that improve how we serve our communities.

What You’ll Do

• Lead business analysisfor analytics, reporting, geospatial, and technology solutions.
• Evaluate and improve processesto support digital tools and data maturity.
• Collaborate across departmentsto align business needs with IT capabilities.
• Design and scope solutions, define user personas, and ensure compliance with standards.
• Support testing and training, including user acceptance and documentation updates.
• Build strong relationshipswith stakeholders across field and office environments.
• Contribute strategicallyto operational, financial, and stakeholder performance goals.

What You Bring

• A degree inCommerce,Computer Science, or a related field.
  (Certifications like CBAP, CCBA, PMP, or Agile credentials are assets.)
• 4+ years of experiencein business analysis or data/analytics product delivery.
• Experience inengineering, operations, or constructionenvironments is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge ofbusiness analysis, product design, and process improvement.
• Familiarity withAgile,SDLC, and tools like Power BI, Azure, ArcGIS, and DevOps.
