What will you do?

  • Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
  • Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements
  • Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time
  • Review test plans, scenarios, cases as needed
  • Support Development, Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing activities
  • Build and maintain a repository of reusable system documentation
  • Identifying risks, dependencies, assumptions and constraints
  • Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, stakeholders, and business unit partners through all project phases


What do you need to succeed? Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a similar role
  • Proven ability to implement client focused digital solutions that drive engagement
  • Strong hands on experience with Agile Product Delivery
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross functional teams, including technology, design and business stakeholders
  • Experience managing initiatives from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery

Nice to have:

  • Industry experience with Financial Institutions
  • Agile certification
