Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategy. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Digital Marketing, this role will plan, execute, and report on digital marketing programs including ABM, inbound, email, digital advertising, marketing operations, and website management. The Digital Marketing Manager must effectively promote our solutions across various digital channels, requiring strategic thinking in a collaborative environment dedicated to the communities we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel campaigns (paid search, email, display, etc.) to meet digital pipeline generation and revenue goals.
  • Develop content tailored to new and existing customer segments to drive cross-sell, upsell, and retention opportunities.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, events, operations, communications, and BDRs to coordinate, deliver, and measure digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, ensuring campaign goals, deliverables, and budgets are aligned and met.
  • Manage and update website content with relevant messaging.
  • Optimize website pages for SEO, SEM, PPC, and Google Analytics activities.
  • Work with web developers to enhance user experience and implement website improvements.
  • Track, measure, and report on digital marketing efforts, providing insights for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B marketing environment.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Marketing, ABM, retargeting, and automation best practices.
  • Proficient with MarTech tools like WordPress, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and good project management skills.
  • Creative thinking and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in public safety, public administration, or government technology.
  • SaaS or cloud technology experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Demandbase, 6sense, or similar platforms.
  • Remote work experience.
