We are seeking an experienced CyberArk EPM Implementation Expert to strengthen our Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework, ensuring secure and efficient operations within a fast-paced financial environment. This is a hybrid, permanent role, based in Montreal.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain CyberArk Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) solutions tailored to the investment banking industry.
• Develop and manage PAM lifecycle management processes, including architecture, functional solution design, and technical security implementations.
• Engineer robust CyberArk PAM solutions to address the unique security challenges of investment banking operations.
• Lead workshops and interactive analysis sessions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PAM initiatives with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in technical security implementation, with a strong focus on PAM solutions.
• Hands-on experience in CyberArk EPM implementation and engineering within a financial or highly regulated environment.
• Expertise in PAM technical architecture, design, and lifecycle management processes.
• Strong security qualifications, such as CISSP, GICSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001, or PCI DSS certification.
• Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and change management processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
